Key Responsibilities
- Operation setup of our CNC milling machines incl. material supply and tool change
- Independent work in the production of our medical implants according to technical drawings, test plans as well as work instructions
- Documentation and inspection of the manufactured products in compliance with our high-quality standards
- Maintenance and care of our machines as well as rectification and reporting of functional and production faults
- Support in the improvement of our production processes
Qualifications
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator, precision mechanic, industrial mechanic or a related training in the field of metal processing is desirable
- You ideally already have experience in the field of CNC milling
- You already have knowledge of ISO programming and have been able to acquire initial programming skills
- You are able to read and understand complex technical drawings
- Your way of working is clean and quality-oriented
- You can handle tools and measuring equipment carefully and effectively, are committed, flexible and team-oriented
- You are willing to work in 3-shift operation
